Executive Aviation of London, Ontario, the original launch customer for the SureOps Ground Deicing Program in 2017, completed its first fully virtual and online deicing train-the-trainer session this week.
Theoretical training was comprised of virtual delivery of the primary content and online modules, exams and training records. Practical assessments were completed virtually, with each participant completing a pre-determined de/anti-icing simulation with an instructor in real time.
The ongoing pandemic has invited companies to reinvent and clearly this is a modern solution for two modern companies operating in an unusual time.
