SureConsult completed its first completely virtual deicing Train-the-Trainer session today using the SureOps Deicing Program with Maintair Aviation Services Ltd in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
The inaugural TTT session was the culmination of months of intensive activity that included the complete redesign and improvement of the SureOps Ground Deicing Program, the development of online training modules, online exam capabilities and management of training records. All theoretical training, testing and practical assessments were completed virtually, thus providing Maintair with a turn-key deicing training solution at a lean and cost-effective price point.
